Welcome to Hilliard’s Pressure Washing! We appreciate your business and are committed to providing high-quality, professional pressure washing services. Please review our terms and policies below to ensure clear expectations and a smooth experience.
🔹 Service Area
We proudly serve Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service range, feel free to contact us.
🔹 Estimates & Quotes
All estimates are free and provided upon request. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
Additional charges may apply if scope of work changes after the quote is accepted.
🔹 Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are available all week. We offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs. You will receive a confirmation upon booking, and a reminder before your appointment.
🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee. No-shows without communication may result in refusal of future service.
🔹 Weather Policy
Services may be postponed due to severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning, etc.) for the safety of our team and your property. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
💧 Water Access Requirement
To perform pressure washing services, we require access to a functioning outdoor water spigot at the service location. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure water access is available and turned on at the time of service. A $50 inconvenience fee will be added to the invoice if no water source is available on-site at the time of the scheduled appointment. If service must be rescheduled due to lack of water access, the cancellation/rescheduling policy may also apply.
🔹 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and secure online payments. Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after 7 days.
🔹 Damage Disclaimer
While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for damage to: Pre-existing fragile, cracked, or deteriorating surfaces Loose paint or siding Improperly sealed wood or concrete
Please notify us of any known problem areas prior to service.
🔹 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We’ll gladly return and address the issue at no additional cost (within reason and original scope).
🔹 Use of Photos
We may take before-and-after photos of our work for training or marketing purposes. No identifying information or addresses will be shown. Let us know in advance if you’d prefer not to have your property photographed.
🔹 Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you submit (via contact forms, booking, or payment) will be used only for communication and service purposes. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.
